The board fee is paid to the individual director under the company's normal board pay. Third Shift bills nothing and sells nothing to a company where its principal holds a board seat. - Summary: An independent technology director for boards that need a member who understands technology and AI. Third Shift's work is a quoted monthly fee to find, direct, and report on that firm, or it sits inside vCIO Solutions. We do not sell tickets. - Summary: We appoint a help desk partner for tickets and user support, set what they are accountable for, and stay on the relationship. They take the queue. They bill you. - Deliverables: A help desk partner selected for your hours and stack, A written SLA and a monthly review of the queue, Escalation when tickets bounce back to the owner, The right to replace the partner if they miss ## Daily support · through a partner — Onsite IT support - URL: https://thirdshift.group/services/onsite-it-support/ - Type: The onsite firm contracts with you and bills you for visits. Third Shift's work is a quoted monthly fee to find, dispatch-approve, and report on that firm, or it sits inside vCIO Solutions. We do not sell technician hours. - Summary: We appoint an onsite IT partner for desks, closets, and scheduled visits, then stay on the relationship. Their technicians walk the floor. They bill you. - Deliverables: An onsite IT partner selected for your sites and hours, Written dispatch rules: what is a visit, what is remote, A monthly review of visit notes and open work, The right to replace the partner if they miss ## vCIO tiers - Advisory (Quarterly): A standing CIO relationship for companies that need decisions made a few times a year, with a number behind each one. - Program (Monthly): A part-time CIO who runs the technology program month to month and directs your IT firm, your vendors, and the AI plan. - Embedded (Weekly): An executive seat in the leadership team for companies going through a merger, a system replacement, or rapid growth. ## Pricing You buy your Azure and security subscriptions from Third Shift, so you get one monthly bill from us instead of several from the vendors. Pax8, a wholesaler, supplies them behind us. Our own work is billed one of two ways: a set monthly fee for ongoing services, or by the hour for project work.
