Multi-site company · Offices and remote sites
The audit priced the network and projected what consolidation would save.
Servers, circuits, and contracts had accumulated across the sites. No single report showed the monthly cost, or which services did the same job twice. A line that looked easy to cancel often sat inside a contract with months left.
Representative profile. Figures are illustrative. Savings are projected, not collected.
The work
What we did, and why
The company had servers, circuits, and contracts spread across its sites. No single report showed the monthly cost, or which services did the same job twice. A line that looked easy to cancel often sat inside a contract that had months left.
The audit was read-only. It listed the servers, the sites, the circuits, and the contracts. AI took that inventory and the bills and calculated what the network costs now. It then projected the savings from consolidating overlapping services and from stopping waste, month by month, on the date each contract allows a change.
A person checked the projection before it was handed over. The document prices the network as it stands and shows what consolidation would save over the coming years. It does not claim those savings have already been collected. Leadership uses it to decide what to combine, what to stop, and when.
Where they stand
The outcome
Leadership holds a priced picture of the network and a projection of what consolidation and less waste would save over the coming years. The savings are projected. They are not claimed as money already saved.
For leadership
What changed
The finance lead can see which services overlap, which lines are waste, and which contracts have to end before a cost can actually stop.
