Microsoft 365 licenses
Business and Enterprise plans, add-ons, and Copilot seats. The licensing review sets what each group actually needs before anything is bought.
Marketplace
A storefront for Azure, security, and Microsoft 365 subscriptions, so the purchase happens in one place. You buy from Third Shift, it is set up in your own Microsoft cloud account, and the advice stays separate from the sale.
What you buy shows up in the monthly license and usage report.
How it fits
The value is in the decision, not the software. We review your environment, recommend what to keep and what to drop, and then leave the purchase where you want it: from us here, through your existing partner, or direct with Microsoft.
The storefront exists so that buying is not a separate project. What you buy feeds the same monthly reporting as everything else, which is what turns a renewal date into a decision rather than an invoice.
What you can buy
Business and Enterprise plans, add-ons, and Copilot seats. The licensing review sets what each group actually needs before anything is bought.
The security products that enforce your AI Use Policy and back the fixes from the account review, set up in your own Microsoft cloud account.
The subscription the base dashboard runs on, in your own Microsoft cloud account, bought here or carried over from what you already have.
Pax8 is a wholesaler: it sells to partners like us, not to you directly. Everything bought in the marketplace is sold, set up, and billed by Third Shift, which makes us the seller of record. Third Shift reviews, reports on, and manages your account. The service itself is governed by the vendor's license terms and the partner agreement behind the purchase. The terms of use cover the storefront; the privacy notice covers what an order shares with us and the vendors.
How it works
A licensing review or a review of how your account is set up. What you own, what you use, and what you actually need. Written, and yours to keep whatever you do next.
Buy what survived the review from us in the marketplace, through your existing partner, or direct. License changes and renewals are handled on request in your own account. Ask for marketplace access and we set it up.
The monthly watch reports cost against active use, what changed, and what is due next, so the next renewal is a decision in a meeting rather than a surprise on a bill.
What it is not
We are not chasing the cheapest quote on the web. The value is the recommendation behind the purchase, and the reporting after it.
Licenses and your account data stay yours. If you would rather buy elsewhere, or move a subscription to another partner at renewal, nothing here prevents it.
Buying a license does not buy a help desk. User support stays with your team or your IT firm unless something specific is scoped.
