Start with a conversation about your environment.
The first meeting is a working session: who owns the technology plan, who handles daily support, and what concerns leadership. You receive a written assessment and a recommendation for what to do first.
One conversation, followed by a written assessment you own, whether or not you hire us to carry it out.

Questions
Questions before the first conversation
How do we start?
To start, email info@thirdshift.group or use the contact form. The first meeting is a working session on what you run today: what is in place, who bought it, and what worries your leadership. You leave with a written assessment and a recommendation for what to do first, whether or not you hire us.
How long does the base engagement take?
The opening review, meaning the AI Use Policy plus the AI security assessment, usually finishes within a few weeks. The work that follows, listing your applications and setting up the dashboard, puts most clients in front of a live dashboard within the first quarter. Your calendar and your systems set the pace.
Can we hire you for advice only?
Yes, you can hire Third Shift for advice only. vCIO Solutions is a set monthly fee for a part-time CIO who owns the plan, the vendors, the budget, and the AI work. It carries no obligation to buy the dashboard, the automation, or anything else. Many companies start there and decide later whether they want us to build anything.
What size company do you work with?
Third Shift works with small and mid-sized companies. That means big enough to run real systems such as accounting, sales tracking, or practice management, and not big enough to have a full-time CIO. The first step is a conversation, then either a part-time CIO retainer or a review with a fixed scope and a quoted price. Everything after the review is priced from what it finds.
