A part-time CIO on a monthly agreement, in three tiers: Advisory, Program, Embedded. One accountable executive owns the plan, the vendors, the budget, and the AI program.
Advisory first for your Microsoft cloud account: a licensing review, a review of how the account and sign-ins are set up, Copilot readiness, migrations and account moves, and a monthly watch that reports license use. Purchases happen in the marketplace.
A Third Shift marketplace for Azure, security, and Microsoft 365 subscriptions: browse, buy, and manage them from the site. You buy from Third Shift and get one monthly bill. What you buy feeds the monthly license and usage report.
Ready-made AI agents for common back-office tasks, offered through the marketplace, set up inside the platform you own, and kept inside your AI Use Policy from the first run.
A protected area in Azure for engagement status, maintenance notes, AI reports, and tickets. Staff and invited clients sign in at portal.thirdshift.group with a Microsoft account. There is no public sign-up.
How the marketplace works
Azure, security, and Microsoft 365 subscriptions can be browsed, bought, and managed in the marketplace. You buy from Third Shift and get one monthly bill. Nothing is held back behind a purchase: the review comes first, stands on its own, and is yours whether or not anything is bought.
What you buy feeds the monthly license and usage report, so the next renewal is a decision in a meeting rather than a surprise on a bill. License changes and renewals are handled on request in your own Microsoft cloud account.
AI agents follow the same path. Ready-made agents for common back-office tasks will be offered through the marketplace, set up inside the platform you own, and kept inside your AI Use Policy from the first run. No agent ships to a client that has not completed the advisory review.
AI agents are the one item still not available. The marketplace, the Microsoft 365 practice, vCIO Solutions, and the invited-client portal are live. If a planned item would change your decision today, say so and it moves up the list.
Questions
Yes, the marketplace is live. From this site you can browse, buy, and manage Azure, security, and Microsoft 365 subscriptions, all sold and billed by Third Shift on one monthly bill. What you buy shows up in the monthly license and usage report. It is a storefront, not a sales pitch: the review still comes first.
AI agents are planned, not live yet. When they arrive they will be offered through the marketplace, run inside the platform you own, and follow your AI Use Policy from the first run. They sit on the roadmap with a target quarter. We will not sell them before they work.
The client portal is a protected area at portal.thirdshift.group, running in Azure. Invited staff and clients sign in with their Microsoft account. Clients see their engagement status, their adopted policy, their tickets, and their reports. There is no public sign-up. A Third Shift admin creates each person's access.
Each item on the roadmap page carries a target quarter. Dates can move, but the order does not, and we mark clearly what is live and what is still planned. Clients under engagement hear about changes first, before anything is updated on the site.
Meanwhile
Everything on the roadmap builds on a client that has completed the advisory review.
