Staff run the engagement here. Invited clients see their own status, adopted AI Use Policy, tickets, and reports. Sign-in is Microsoft only. Access is granted by Third Shift; there is no sign-up form.

Your Azure and security subscriptions are bought from Third Shift and arrive on one monthly bill. The portal records what is live, what renews, and when.
If you do not have access, email info@thirdshift.group. A random Microsoft account cannot create a login. Sign-in and the records behind it are described in the privacy notice; acceptable use of an invited account is in the terms of use.

What is the client portal?
The client portal is a protected area at portal.thirdshift.group, running in Azure. Invited staff and clients sign in with their Microsoft account. Clients see their engagement status, their adopted policy, their tickets, and their reports. There is no public sign-up. A Third Shift admin creates each person's access.
Who owns the dashboard and the data?
You own the dashboard and the data. The platform runs in your own Microsoft cloud account, on your subscription, under your name. If the engagement with Third Shift ends, the platform and all of its data stay with you. We hold no keys you cannot take back.
When will roadmap items ship?
Each item on the roadmap page carries a target quarter. Dates can move, but the order does not, and we mark clearly what is live and what is still planned. Clients under engagement hear about changes first, before anything is updated on the site.
