The dashboard shows leadership where the manual work is. Business process automation removes it: a scheduled step here, an exception routed to the right person there, an assistant that drafts what a person used to type.
Each feature is chosen from your own operations and ranked with you on a plan. Nothing is built that the AI Use Policy does not allow, and every feature runs inside the platform in your own account.
Work is billed per feature, either by the hour or folded into a set monthly fee for clients with a steady stream of changes.

What gets automated first?
The first thing automated is whatever the dashboard shows is manual and happens often. Typical examples are month-end checklists, routing invoice exceptions to the right person, renewal alerts, and intake summaries. You rank the list with us, each feature is quoted before it is built, and we review the plan together each quarter.
Do you build AI agents?
Where the AI Use Policy allows it and the process can be measured, yes. An agent is software that carries out a task on its own. Ours run inside the platform in your own Microsoft cloud account. That is AI development as we sell it: in your systems, under your rules. It is not a public-model product we resell. Resale of agents through the marketplace is on the roadmap, not live.
How is automation development billed?
Automation development is billed per feature. Each feature is scoped and quoted before work starts, then billed by the hour. Clients with a steady stream of changes can fold the work into a set monthly fee instead. Either way, you see the price before anything is built.
