Third Shift Group LLC is based in North Carolina and works with firms across North and South Carolina. Most of the work runs remotely, against your Microsoft cloud account and your systems. We are short-staffed. How much of our time does this take?
For a short-staffed team, leadership time is measured in meetings, not projects. One meeting to adopt the AI Use Policy and one to review the findings. The rest is Third Shift reading your systems, which does not need your team in the room. Most clients spend a few hours in total.
